ATLANTA, GA – Delta Airlines, which has faced near-catastrophic flight cancelations and delays over the last few weeks is now taking a page out of President Biden’s playbook by appearing to blame Vladimir Putin for the delays.

As Delta Airlines canceled hundreds and hundreds of flights leaving thousands of passengers stranded – some for more than 24 hours – their CEO finally admitted the cause of all the trouble: Putin.

“Blame Putin” was the refrain mentioned time and time again by CEO Ed Bastien and his minions as they attempted to do damage control from stranding thousands of travelers across multiple airports.

“Listen, the reason gas and inflation are so high is Putin. The reason there are so many school shootings? Putin. And yes, the reason we don’t have enough pilots, or flight crew, or ground crew is Putin, ok?” Bastien noted in prepared remarks before taking questions from the press.

“He’s also the reason why your bag got lost, or your wife cheated on you, or your favorite baseball team lost. He’s to blame for everything, alright,” he responded when pressed by a reporter whose family was still stuck in the Detroit Airport having been stranded there for 3 or 4 months now.
