BETHLEHEM – The original Bonvoy: A wild story has emerged after one Marriott Bonvoy Gold member found himself on the outside looking in when a local Marriott refused to honor his reservation. Insult was added to injury when the man realized he and his pregnant wife weren’t getting a free breakfast in the morning either.
The travel horror story unfolded the chagrin of the man’s expectant wife who was still miffed at him for not prepaying for the room or booking a Hilton property. According to witnesses, the man’s reservation for a king-size suite wasn’t honored despite having sent a messenger ahead several weeks earlier.
Reportedly, the reservation, which had been booked with points, didn’t include an option for late check-in and the room was given away to a Roman Centurion who had secured the suite for a lowkey orgy with several local sex workers.
To their credit, the hotel did offer a lower-class room option that was still on the hotel grounds. The small room featured organic, local fresh grass bedding, natural lighting, and a petting zoo as part of an “immersive experience.”
In a formal written complaint, the couple begrudgingly acknowledged receiving several gifts the next day which eased the pain a little and cover the smell of the sheep dung.
